The Community Room is available for Hire for public and/or private functions.
Hire Costs
The charges for the hire of the Community Room, Great Somerford – per morning, afternoon or evening are :-

| Non-profit making youth organisations. | £4.00 up to 2 hours £8.00 over 2 hours | |
| Pensioners/Children’s parties, Jumble sales, coffee mornings, fund raising events. | £10.00 | £15.00 |
| Private functions, wedding receptions and the like. | £25.00 | £30.00 |
An additional £25.00 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required for private functions.
